How much is the transfer to Huilo Huilo Biological Reserve?

The transfer from Valdivia to Huilo Huilo Biological Reserve starts at $126,000 CLP in an executive sedan. The price is per vehicle, not per person, making it very affordable for groups. The scenic journey takes approximately 2 hours.

How much does a transfer from Valdivia to Niebla cost?

The transfer from Valdivia to Niebla starts at $20,000 CLP in a sedan (up to 4 passengers). We also offer vans for $28,000 CLP and minibuses for $42,000 CLP. The ride takes approximately 20 minutes along the beautiful coastal route.

Are tolls included in the price?

Yes, all our prices include tolls, fuel, and passenger insurance. There are no hidden costs or surprise surcharges. The price we quote is the final price you pay.

Is there a night surcharge?

Yes, trips between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM have a 30% surcharge on the base price. This surcharge is automatically shown in the quote calculator when you select a nighttime hour. We operate 24/7 including weekends and holidays.

Booking & Payment

How do I book a transfer?

You can easily book via WhatsApp at +56 9 8288 5856, by email at transferexpressv@gmail.com, or using our online quote calculator on the homepage. Confirmation is immediate and you'll receive all the details for your trip. We respond in both English and Spanish.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability of your preferred vehicle. However, we also accept last-minute bookings subject to availability. During peak season (December to March), we suggest booking further ahead as demand is higher.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash in Chilean Pesos (CLP), bank transfers, and debit/credit cards via Webpay. Please note that we do not accept USD or EUR directly; we recommend exchanging currency at the airport or using your international credit card. For corporate clients, we offer electronic invoicing with 30-day payment terms.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice may incur a 50% charge of the service value. We will confirm the cancellation via WhatsApp.

Service

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust the pickup time at no extra cost. We include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time at the airport. Your driver will be waiting for you with a name sign at the arrivals area.

What vehicles are available?

We offer three types of vehicles: Executive Sedan (up to 4 passengers, 2 large suitcases), Executive Van (up to 7 passengers, 5 suitcases), and Premium Minibus (up to 13 passengers, 10 suitcases). All vehicles have air conditioning, up-to-date insurance, current safety inspections, and are thoroughly cleaned between trips.

Do your drivers speak English?

Our drivers have basic English skills to assist international visitors with greetings, directions, and common requests. If you need a bilingual driver, please let us know when booking and we will do our best to assign one at no extra cost. All pre-trip communication via WhatsApp is available in English, so you can share all your trip details beforehand.

Do you provide child car seats?

Yes, we provide child safety seats (booster seats and harnessed seats) at no extra charge. Simply request one when booking and let us know the child's age and weight so we can provide the correct type according to Chilean safety regulations.

Is tipping expected?

Tipping is not required or expected in Chile for private transfer services. Our quoted price covers everything. That said, if you feel your driver went above and beyond, a small tip is always appreciated but entirely at your discretion.

Do you offer corporate transportation services?

Yes, we provide comprehensive corporate transportation with preferential rates, electronic invoicing, monthly usage reports, and dedicated drivers. We serve forestry companies, salmon farms, hotels, universities, and more across the entire Los Ríos Region. Learn more about our corporate service.

Do you issue electronic invoices?

Yes, we issue electronic invoices (facturas) for businesses. We just need your company's RUT (Chilean tax ID) and legal name. Invoices are sent by email on the same day of service. We also issue electronic receipts (boletas) for individual passengers.

Do you offer monthly plans?

Yes, we have monthly plans for businesses with frequent travel needs. We offer volume-based discounted rates, consolidated monthly invoicing, detailed usage reports, and priority vehicle availability. Contact us for a personalized quote.
